Hull KR vs London Broncos Super League Preview

Hull KR welcome back captain Joel Tomkins and United States international Junior Vaivai for this Sunday’s tough encounter at the KCOM stadium.( kick off 15.00). The Rovers are further strengthened by the return of prop Lee Jewitt, with ex Salford man Ryan Lannan expected to make his debut.

Despite a 28-14 defeat at the warrington Wolves the Robins have been impressive in particularly close season signing from Leeds, Mitch Garbutt. Boasting a solid looking pack of forwards which includes that other Leeds’ man Robbie Mulhern this is a team that looks stronger than in recent years. Expect Danny McGuire and Josh Drinkwater to dominate the middle with centre Jimmy Kleinhorst another impressive close season signing.

London Broncos remain unchanged with the impressive James Cunningham likely to make his 100th appearance.

The strength of that Broncos defence will be tested in this game after that defeat by Salford Red Devil’s last week. Jordan Abdul has been an important signing for London and their pack will need to perform to their best to handle the Rovers forwards.

I’m expecting the home time to have too much class and power and predict a 14-18 point victory for Rovers.
