London Broncos vs Halifax The Qualifiers Round 7 Preview

This Saturday night game at the Trail Finders stadium (7pm kick off) is a critical must win game for the Londoners as they look to seal their position in the million pound game .

visitors Halifax have had a good season under coach Richard Marshall but have yet to take a point in the super 8 campaign .

For the Broncos Will Lovell returns from suspension although the outstanding Api Pewhairangi will not play due to injury

Halifax will miss two of their best forwards with both Shane Grady and Welshman Sion Jones our with injury. Young Hooker Curtis Davies steps into the nineteen after impressing in reserve grade.

Fraser Morris and James Saltonstall also return for the visitors and Halifax are a team with some impressive players notably Scott Murrell, Steve Tyrer and the ever improving Chester Butler.

London of course have the championship head coach of the year in Danny Ward and what a fantastic job he has done to get the Broncos in such a positive position.

Matt Davis has been superb all year and in Michael Channing, Keiran Dixon, Rhys Williams and Ben Helliwell the Broncos have an excellent three quarter line of real quality.

With a big strong pack featuring some heavy firepower London will be too strong for Halifax this time around. Both coaches however can be proud of their achievements this season

I’m expecting a comfortable win of 24-28 points for the Broncos
