Match Preview:
While this may not be as much of an important game for the Bulldogs as it is for the Warriors, this game still offers plenty and has a lot at stake for both teams here.

While the Bulldogs are well and truly done for the year, they are still fighting in that dreaded wooden spoon race. For the Bulldogs it’s been an up and down year, with some pretty big wins against top teams, but also some very disappointing losses. The Bulldogs will be looking for this to be a good win, and there’s a decent chance they can do so. Despite the not so star studded line up, the Bulldogs have been playing for pride, and that’s something you don’t underestimate. The young gun core with the odd old head mixed into it has shown to be a handful for a few teams this year, and the Warriors will need to be wary of this Dogs team.

The Warriors have been incredibly hit and miss this year. Unlike the Bulldogs though, and quite unlike the Warriors of recent, they are in the top 8 and are eyeing off a finals birth. This however could be the most important game of their season but. Although the loss to the Tigers last night helped them breathe a little, a loss here and the Tigers are still a chance if the Warriors drop their remaining two games, and they are against a desperate Panthers and a very hot and cold Raiders team that we truly can’t predict, also tough game. If the Warriors can grab a win here, you’ll see claim their stake on a top 8 birth in 2018. So will we see a desperate Warriors side turn up?

Prediction: Bulldogs by 4.
Surprisingly hard one to tip for me, but hey, look at me, I’m having a shocker in tipping this year. My theory behind this though is the pride and passion of the Dogs at home, and I have a feeling a top Dogs team will turn up.
