Tough Bulldogs beat Tigers


Bulldogs defeat Tigers 16-4

Tigers are making a run towards the 8 while the Bulldogs are hoping a win takes them away from the spoon.

The opening try came when Kerrod Holland went through off a Michael lichaa pass. Martin converted and Bulldogs lead 6-0.

The first half was a tight affair with both sides trying to gain ascedensy over each other. The Bulldogs had a couple opportunities that ended up as missed ones.

The half time break came around and the score remained 6-0 in Bulldogs favour.

The Bulldogs kicked a penalty goal in the 44th minute to stretch their lead to 8-0.

Holland went over for his second try of the match 10 minutes later and with Martin converting from in front the Bulldogs took a 14-0 lead.

In he 65th minute Wests Tigers finally got onto the scoreboard when Marsters put the ball down in the corner but was unable to convert from the sideline. Bulldogs lead 14-4.

Bulldogs would seal their victory with a penalty goal 2 minutes from full time by Rhyse Martin for Brett Morris being run off the ball. Bulldogs 16-4
