Game Preview:
Both sides sit at 11th (Knights) and 12th (Titans) respectively on the ladder. Newcastle could still mathematically make the top 8 should results go their way between now and the end of the season so this match is important in distancing themselves from not only the Titans but the bottom 4 of the ladder.

Key Match Up: The halves

Mitchell Pearce returned from injury last week and proved a big difference between the Knights and Eels. He will again need a big game in game management for the Knights to over come the Titans and heir general Ash Taylor who has arguably one of the best kicking games when he is in form.

Add in their halves partners and this is one of the most important match ups in this game.

Both sets of halves have shown at times this season that they can lead their teams to victories. They will need big games here for their respective sides to take home the 2 points.

Nath’s Prediction: Knights by 8
It won’t surprise me to see Mitchell Pearce again controll the game perfectly and lead his side to a 8 point victory. Keeping the Knights closer to the top 8.
