Foster Extends Tigers Stay

Alex Foster has penned a new 3 and a half year deal to stay at the Mend-A-Hose Jungle until the end of the 2022 season.

Foster has been a staple in the Tigers side and has recently found himself in the centres after numerous injuries in the Tigers ranks, the versatile utility having no problems adapting to his new role, even excelling in the position.

Foster first announced himself to Super League with the Leeds Rhinos in 2013,before spells at; London, Featherstone and finally Bradford. When Bradford went into liquidation Foster was released by the club, putting the then 22 year old's career on the line.

Castleford would offer a lifeline in the form of a trial contract with a view of a permanent contract, an opportunity Foster would grasp firmly with both hands, he has now been rewarded for his hard work with a bumper deal with the Tigers.
