Castleford Tigers vs Wigan Warriors Super League Round 19 Preview

After losing three of their four encounters in May the tigers will be looking to take advantage of a wigan team that have Sean O’Loughlin , John Bateman and George Williams away on international duty.

Castleford also have some of their biggest hitters dropping from Friday nights encounter with Wigan warriors .
In form Alex Forster and the impressive mike mckeekan drop down along with Adam Milner ,Jesse sene Lafoa and youngster Callum  turner.

That is going to leave the tigers with a big hole in the middle and on the flanks. McShane , Ellis and Clare return and their certainly won’t be a lack of size with will Maher, Gadwin stringer , James green and exiting young speedster Tuoyo Egogo again looking to impress.
For Wigan the returning Liam Farrell is expected to play and a big experienced pack of Tony Clubb, Ben Flower ,Willie Isa and Taulima Tautai should have a little too much power for the castleford six .

On the flanks Liam Marshall and Tom Davies will be looking to step it up with Josh woods also returning to the first team squad
Plenty of injuries for this castleford team but coach Darryl Powell still feels he has the manpower to take this win .
I’m taking Wigan by 8-12 if they spread the ball wide to two of the best young wingers in super league.

Castleford squad: James Clare, Mitch Clark, Matt Cook, Tuoyo Egodo, Jamie Ellis, Kieran Gill, James Green, Jy Hitchcox, Quentin Laulu-Togaga'e, Will Maher, Nathan Massey, Paul McShane, Grant Millington, Junior Moors, Michael Shenton, Gadwin Springer, Jake Trueman, Joe Wardle, Jake Webster.
