Both sides had quality performances in round 8 with the Broncos getting the win over a resurgent Rabbitohs side which almost pulled out the upset come from behind victory. The Bulldogs however narrowly went down to the Panthers.

Look for the Broncos to try get off the mark early putting on fast points and early as they have the defense to hold out the Bulldogs who at times have looked to struggle to score points.

Key Matchups: Jack Bird vs Kieran Foran
Foran has been solid all season as he has led this Bulldogs side around. Partnered with him in the halves in young future star Jeremy Marshall-King, Look for Foran to take command of the side and try put the Broncos on the back foot.

Jack Bird however will look for the ball early and often as he will take on the line using his size and speed to try and cause issues for the Bulldogs defence. This style of play really compliments Anthony Milford as it will allow him to pop up all over the field.

Darius Boyd vs Moses Mbye
Both Fullbacks are in some solid form in 2018 thus far with Mbye arguably in career best form at the moment at the back. Look for both fullbacks to add much needed spark to their sides.

Where Mbye is strongest is his ability to carry the ball back with some serious speed, his strength when he hits the defensive line is up there with the best as he makes solid defenders look quite average with his tackle busts.

Look for Boyd however to hover around the play the ball looking for that second phase play as well as his second reciever plays close to the defensive line.

My Prediction:
I believe the Broncos are in some serious form at the moment and they will just have too much momentum heading into this game. Look for the Broncos forwards to get quick play the balls allowing McCullough and Milford to just run all over the field. Broncos by 10.
