Hull KR vs Wigan Warriors Super League Round 16 Preview

The KCOM plays host to arguably one of the toughest sides in Super League to beat right now, the Wigan Warriors, Wigan were more than impressive against the Wolves last week and collected their 8th win on the bounce to keep them on the heals of the Saints. Rovers are looking to move of the foot of the table after last week's loss to Hull put them rock bottom as they chase an illusive win.

The Rovers have not got the best record against Wigan, Hull KR winning just one of their last 16 games against Shaun Wane's men, Wigan claiming the last 5 in a row after their 44-6 victory over the Robins at the beginning of April.

The Rovers are without wingman and goal kicker, Ryan Shaw, for this one as he picked up a knock last week, however, Junior Vaivai has been cleared alongside Justin Carney to play and Elliot Wallis will make his debut for the Robins. Wigan have made just one change from last week's Magic Weekend winning squad, Tommy Leuluai misses out due to a minor injury, Josh Ganson is drafted in to the 19 man squad to replace him.

Hull KR: Adam Quinlan, Junior Vaivai, Nick Scruton, Mose Masoe, Maurice Blair, James Greenwood, Ben Kavanagh, James Doanldson, Chris Clarkson, Tommy Lee, Liam Salter, Josh Johnson, Chris Atkin, Will Dagger, Jordan Walne, Joe Cator, Danny Tickle, Justin Carney, Elliot Wallis.

Wigan Warriors: John Bateman, Tony Clubb, Tom Davies, Morgan EscarĂ©, Liam Farrell, Ben Flower, Josh Ganson, Oliver Gildart, Willie Isa, Liam Marshall, Romain Navarette, Sam Powell, Dan Sarginson, Ryan Sutton, Taulima Tautai, Joel Tomkins, Sam Tomkins, George Williams, Josh Woods

I'm backing the Warriors to extend their unbeaten run in Super League in this fixture, they are firing hot at the moment and I think that the injury crisis in the Robins spine is going to be a huge factor in this, you need to be organised to beat this Wigan side at the moment and right now Rovers are missing a lot of leaders, my prediction is Wigan by 13+.
