Preview:
This match promises to be a good one. Manly have showed some good form while the Tigers are a much more committed outfit under Ivan Cleary.

Both sets of forwards will set the tone while the halves will steer both sides around but it could come down to the fullbacks to decide this match.

Key Match-ups:

Match up 1: Tom Trbojevic v Corey Thompson

Both players have been in great form this season with Tom Trbojevic pushing for NSW selection and Corey Thompson’s could be buy of the year.

Match up 2: Daly Cherry-Evans v Luke Brooks

Luke Brooks is starting to fulfil that enormous promise he showed on debut while DCE is steering his team around the park effectively.

Coming up against an established number 7 in Cherry-Evans will give Brooks huge motivation to get his team the win this week.

Match up 3: Martin Taupau v Ben Matulino

With Russell Packer our this week the Tigers forwards will look to Ben Matulino to lead from the front this week and he’s up against former Tiger Martin Taupau.

These 2 players will need to inspire their respective packs to lay the platform to allow the backlines and halves to do their jobs.

Prediction:
After a hiccup against the Titans Manly will be fired up to take down the high flying Tigers who have found a new defensive steel in 2018. Look to Tom Trbojevic to star in this match.
