Both these sides are stuttering in attack at he moment.

The Cowboys who were seen as premiership favourites have struggled in the forwards so far this year while Bulldogs attack is again suffering with a lack of x-factor.

Both clubs sitting on 1 win each need to get their season going if they will want to make up ground and not get left behind in the race for the top 8.

Key Match-ups:

Match up 1: Jake Granville v Michael Lichaa
Both these players are dangerous out of dummy half when given the chance to run.

Watch for both players to pick out tiring forwards to take advantage of at the back end of the game to get their team on he front foot.

Match up 2: Matthew Scott v David Klemmer

Both are the respective leaders of their packs and are charged with getting momentum going.

Klemmer despite in a struggling side is playing well as is Matt Scott off the back of a knee injury.

This game will be huge for both props hoping to get one over each other.

Match up 3: Johnathan Thurston v Kieran Foran

Thurston looks to be struggling this season while Foran is a steady point of attack for the Dogs.

Both will look at this match up as a test against each other and a good way to kick their seasons off and possibly look back at the end of the season and highlight this match as the turning point.

After last week I can see this one being a fire affair with both sides struggling to find any form.
