Koroisau And Sironen In Contractual Confusion

Api Koroisau and Curtis Sironen have extended their contracts with the Sea Eagles until the end of the 2021 season, however, in the eyes of the NRL both players are still off contract come the end of the 2018 season.

The NRL have refused to register either players contract until the current salary cap saga is over with the Sea Eagles, leaving both players committed to the club only verbally as things stand.

Koroisau joind the Sea Eagles back in 2016, since then he has come on in leaps and bounds with many tipping him for a Blues jersey in the near future, Koroisau is nearing 50 games for the Northern Beaches club and doesn't look like he is going anywhere for now.

Sironen is entering his second season with Manly after leaving the Tigers in 2016 to join for the 2017 season, Sironen has quickly become a prominent feature in the Sea Eagles side, making 17 appearances in his first season and only missing games due to injury.

let's hope for both players sake that this issue is resolved swiftly.
