Titans Step Up Hunt For Peachey

It's been revealed that the Gold Coast Titans have tabled Penrith star, Tyrone Peachey an offer.

The 26 year-old joined the Panthers back in 2014 from the Sharks, he made the switch from second row to centre and became an instant sensation, since then he has racked up in excess of 80 first grade games for the Panthers.

The Titans are short on players to cover the centres since the departures of Jarryd Hayne and Dan Sarginson, but Peachey will be no depth signing.

Although a number has not been announced relating to the value of the contract offered, it's been revealed that the offer will be " almost impossible to match" if the Panthers want to keep him.

More updates to follow.
