Clare Returns To Castleford

Centre, James Clare, has returned to the Tigers after he left 2 years ago.

The 26 year-old left in search of more game time, this quest saw him spend half a season with Bradford and a full season with Leigh.

In his time away from the Tigers, he made 38 appearances, 30 of those were back in 2016 with the Bulls.

Clare has been given a 1 year contract to show he is worthy of an extension, but it is most likely he will be used for injury cover and squad depth.

The Castleford born back's initial stint with the club lasted 3 years, in that time he accumulated 38 appearances and 24 tries, he will hope that he can reclaim his spot in this talented Castleford squad.
